All current students must either re-enroll or withdraw by March 31, 2018. To re-enroll, please complete all steps below for each Horizons student in your family. If you need to withdraw a student, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with name of student and reason for withdrawal. Thank you!

Step 3 of 4 – Fill out re-enrollment form, updating as needed
This step requires your pre-assigned user name & password, the same user name and password used last year. We have mailed out the user names and passwords to all families. If you haven’t received it, you can call the office to recover yours: 203-256-7579 or 203-349-7122.
Step 4 of 4 – Registration Fee
The $30 registration fee per student is due by May 1st. Check or money order only, please do not send in cash. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit cards for this payment.
