An Academic Coach supports Horizons high school students during the school year, focusing on academic, social, and life skills to ensure they graduate high school and pursue post-secondary education. Coaches create individualized growth plans and regularly meet with their students. This part-time position includes training, periodic staff meetings, and regular communication with families.
